When you feel tired at work, stay seated, close your eyes for a moment and start to breath consiously. Then put your index finger between your eyebrows and start to make circles clockwise. While doing this for a minute or so, define exactly what you need to put your concentration on and state it silently…then open your eyes, you are ready to get started again!
