The method (what ?)

The Jivamukti Yoga method was created by David Life and Sharon Gannon. Classes include Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), hands-on adjustments, Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, Sanskrit chanting, Yogic philosophical teachings and deep relaxation. To keep the practice inspiring, asana sequences are ever-changing with music playing an integral role in the class. Classes are 60-90 minutes and open to all levels.

About Aissa

I sought the knowledge of yogic philosophy in London. After experiencing deep peace and this way a different reality, I decided to put the teachings into practice and became involved in a new venture. A�I did the teacher training with David Life, Sharon Gannon (founders of the method) and obtained, in New York, the title of Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. Since then, I have been teaching in London, Paris and Rio de Janeiro. I am grateful to David Life, Sharon Gannon, Jeffrey Cohen and Will Sen Lau.
